  The room we were given had been renovated and was exceptionally clean, and well equipped. The bedding was crisp and clean and the bed very comfortable, The a/c worked well and the WiFi was free and was without issues. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with ample hot water. Mark the manager was friendly and obliging with good advice where to eat as the motel doesn't have a restaurant and all of the eating places were within a short walk of the motel. . The whole surrounds of the place was well presented and was clean and tidy. Even though the motel is on a major highway there was very little traffic noise. Awoke refreshed from a long uninterrupted sleep. Would definitely stay here again

  Also, being one of my company's East Coast Supervisors, I'll make sure that the Bellview is put top of the list for accommodation for any of our crew that work in the area or are just staying the night.

  I've stayed at the Bellview twice now; both for work (just passing through both times). I remember the first time and thinking how neat, clean and tidy the place was - especially for one of the country towns (which can be a hit and miss sometimes).

  Friendly person at the counter with some advice about where to get good food from, clean room, bed comfortable for an easy sleep, great water pressure - just a big thumbs up. It's what I like to expect when I'm travelling around the country and having to stay in motels.

  Fast forward about 1.5 years, and I'm heading through Narrabri again (this was last month), with my company booking the same motel. This time I had my partner in tow - and she raved about how comfortable the bed was, as well as just how clean and tidy the place was.

  I think this is what a motel should be about - it's not the luxuries that are important, but doing the little things correctly.
